Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Original invoice or order confirmation is required
- Sale items, innerwear, and customized scrubs are not eligible
How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@medafic.store with your order number and reason
- Our team will share return instructions and the pickup address
- Ship the item back via any reliable courier in Pakistan
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We'll dispatch your replacement as soon as the original item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
